The best selling Heaven Is For Real book is being turned into a movie and it’s due out in April this year. The book is based on the true story of Colton Burpo’s trip to heaven. The original book has since been rewritten to also include the Heaven Is For Real for Kids and Heaven Is For Real For Little Ones. Now it’s going even further into spreading the remarkable story of this little boy. Here’s the official trailer below: I am very excited about seeing this movie. I love that they are bringing something so remarkable to the big screen. Often we look for scientific proof of the things we can’t explain and to see and experience this child’s trip to heaven looks like it’s going to make a great Easter treat. Can you imagine the amount of faith and dedication his family had to have to not only encourage him to share to but share it with all of you. What about you, do you believe? I Do! I Know Heaven Is For Real!. Be sure to check out the movie, its being released on April 16th, 2014. About the movie: Based on the #1 New York Times best-selling book of the same name, HEAVEN IS FOR REAL brings to the screen the true story of a small-town father who must find the courage and conviction to share his son’s extraordinary, life-changing experience with the world. The film stars Academy Award® nominee and Emmy® award winning actor Greg Kinnear as Todd Burpo and co-stars Kelly Reilly as Sonja Burpo, the real-life couple whose son Colton (newcomer Connor Corum) claims to have visited Heaven during a near death experience. Colton recounts the details of his amazing journey with childlike innocence and speaks matter-of-factly about things that happened before his birth … things he couldn’t possibly know. Todd and his family are then challenged to examine the meaning from this remarkable event.

In this My Story series from Make Believe Ideas, heroes come to life as they tell kids their life stories from a first-person perspective. At the end of each book is a “Sticker Journal”. Kids can place these 64 story-themed stickers into the stories, adding another element of fun!
With his coat of many colors and abundant faith, Joseph is a favorite character of many children. In My Story: Joseph, the hero chronicles his amazing life that children treasure from the Bible. Kids will learn from Joseph’s story to always trust God, no matter what the circumstance, because He will see them through.
Children have long heard the story of David and Goliath, but they’ve never heard it straight from the young hero’s mouth. In My Story: David, the young shepherd with enormous faith tells kids about his decision to fight the Philistine soldier mocking the tribes of Israel. Children will learn that trust in God helps them to do great things, no matter their size!
